This listing has: 1:12 scale dollhouse miniatures. Broken sink, this is a project for the crafter to take on. 

1 Pink sink, the pedestal sink broke off and is gone. 

     I am including a base cabinet for you to cut and insert the sink top into. 3”W x 3 1/2”H x 2”D.

The drawer will need to be shorted inside as well I think. It definitely is a project but I think the results will be very attractive. Please don’t order this listing if you are not up for the challenge. 

1 Tub is 5”L x 2 1/2”D x 2”H, Faucets need to be glued I when you are ready. Note shower head for the wall included. 

1 Toilet is 2 3/4”H x 1 1/2”W x 2”D 

1 pink checked paper tile with glossy finish. 9” x 16”. Squares measure 3/8” each 

1 scale, resin

1 toilet brush, wood and rubber

1 towel rack, metal with fabric towels

1 toilet paper roll, metal and paper

1 pink paper towel

1 spare toilet paper package

1 tissue box kit

1 panties package

1 pink soap, plastic

1 white/gold mirror, porcelain 

1 white/pink bow waste basket, porcelain

1 green shampoo tube, metal

1 soap box both fit in the drawer. 

My inventory has been stored in a pet/smoke free environment. 

I had a large dollhouse retail shop for many years. (1986-2000)
