Age of the painting is unknown but has an signature from the Artist as shown in the photos.  This item is considered Used, as it is not a brand new item.  The painting is framed and there's some signs that the item was displayed by a previous owner, a buyer acknowledges that there may be some light imperfections or signs of age to the frame. There is no paper on the back of the frame as shown in the photos but it does come with a wire for hanging.   The surface of the painting has some light imperfections as would be expected from an original painting such as this one.  There are a few light marks on the surface as shown in the photos.  Its unknown if those marks were from the artist or if they were from when the painting was displayed.  As this is an original item, the item is sold as is.  Please send us any messages prior to purchase.
