This is a simple and suitable replacement for using web based conferencing that has direct end-to-end connections, especially within a LAN or WAN via VPN connections.  If your small or home office regularly needs to conference with another remote office, these two devices will do the trick, just find two older cheap flat-screen TV's with RCA Video/Audio inputs, and you are essentially ready to go.  you may need port-forwarding if not using VPN between the two locations - if within the same LAN (or VPN) then no special setup should be needed. Contact seller for advice if desired.  We used these same video conferences systems under LAN and WAN/VPN configurations for many years with no issues until our offices closed in 2023.  These two items for sale were the unused spares.
