It is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks.  The base is super reflective, so it looks like it is scratched in the pictures, but it is actually in excellent condition.  It has been tested.  It does not come with a lamp shade.  The cord is 6.5 feet long.  It looks homemade from a license plate.
