Dispatch and delivery time scales:

Dispatch time is up to 3 working days, as stock maybe in
different locations within our company and we ship all items from our main
warehouse.
Delivery time scale is up to 5 working days. Once dispatched
we will update the order with tracking details. For large items 65” TVs and
above as well as white goods (fridge/freezers, washing machines/dryers, ect)
for these large items the courier will contact you by text to arrange the
delivery date
If your product is
found to be damaged when unpacked, you must notify us within 48 hours of
receipt of the goods. All original packaging must be retained for a minimum of
30 days from date of receipt in case the product needs to be returned for any
reason (excluding large kitchen appliances).
