ANY FAN OF HERCULES OR THE DISNEY VILLAINS WILL WANT TO ADD THIS COLOSSAL WDCC FIGURINE OF THE LORD OF THE DEAD TO THEIR SPOOKY COLLECTION

This limited edition figurine from the Walt Disney Classics Collection features Hades, the infamous lord of the dead from the movie Hercules. Made in 2007, this figurine stands at a height of 11 inches and is a rare addition to any Disney collection. This collectible item is perfect for any fan of the movie or the Disney universe in general. Don't miss out on the chance to add this unique piece to your collection!

This sculpture was displayed for a period of time, and then packaged up in its box and stored in a closet with other WDCC boxes. It is in excellent condition and would make a great addition to anyone's Disney or Hercules collection.

The figurine is 11" tall and was sculpted by Disney artist Ruben Procopio. It comes in it's original box with a Certificate of Authenticity.

This is an amazingly large and bulky sculpture that stands out from other pieces in the WDCC collection. It will definitely be a highlight of your Disneyana display.

ABOUT SHIPPING: The box for this is HUGE. So I will be putting it in a bigger box (16 x 16 x 16) and surrounding it with packaging materials so it doesn't get bumped or banged during its journey to YOU. You can choose which shipping method you would like. USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground are probably the cheapest. But you can also choose to pick up locally if you are in NJ.

Here's a little info on Hercules I found on Wikipedia:

Hercules is a 1997 American animated musical fantasy comedy film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation for Walt Disney Pictures. It is loosely based on the legendary hero Heracles (known in the film by his Roman name, Hercules), a son of Zeus in Greek mythology. The film was directed by John Musker and Ron Clements, both of whom also produced the film with Alice Dewey Goldstone. The screenplay was written by Clements, Musker, Donald McEnery, Bob Shaw, and Irene Mecchi. Featuring the voices of Tate Donovan, Danny DeVito, James Woods, and Susan Egan, the film follows the titular Hercules, a demigod with super-strength raised among mortals, who must learn to become a true hero in order to earn back his godhood and place in Mount Olympus, while his evil uncle Hades plots his downfall.

Here's a little about the Walt Disney Classics Collection from their website:

The Classics Collection started in 1992 with three scenes, Bambi, Cinderella, and Fantasia's Sorcerer Apprentice. Many other series have since been introduced. Some figurines are limited, and some have been retired. Some of these figurines have risen high on the secondary market. The figurines are made of porcelain, and the process is similar to that use to make Hummel figurines. Individual pieces are molded, put together, and fired in an oven. Then they are painted and fired again. Each figurine is marked on the bottom, signifying the year it was produced. The marks represent significant milestones in Disney history. The figurines with the first year mark are usually the most desirable.
