Toshiba Satellite 4000 CDT laptop. Powers on, but battery does not charge. Comes with many floppy discs, power cord, mouse, and bag. Full operating condition is unknown but does seem to  function correctly with normal installed operating system therefore sold as is/for parts only. Please see pictures or message for more details.
