Contacted Littlejohn Graphics and advised it is most probably the Hunter Penrose / Littlejohn No2 Etching Press as shown on the promotional  info sheet of the time and this is how I remember it when in use
Their estimated value in good condition £1000 - £1300 with bed
Information sheet states :-   Steel plate side frames
Solid steel precision ground top roller 3ins diameter
Single geared solid steel bottom roller 3ins diameter
Precision ball bearings to both rollers
18ins plastic coated operating wheel
Net weight approx 67.5 kg

Some minor pitting on rollers (photo 6 ) not deep which should not interfere with function due to blankets only with aesthetics
There is no bed supplied but bed size was/is  16ins x 24ins x 1/4ins thick
Dismantled by engineer & all parts retained since when has been stored unused (indoors) as no workshop space available
Was in good working order
Sold as seen and would have to be collected as such -  whilst putting together is straight forward & requires hand tools some knowledge would be advantageous
Collection only  -  based in Bingley,  West Yorkshire
