This was my Brother’s personal stethoscope that was used as a Paramedic. This one is the Littmann cardiology style. This one is really nice and is royal blue in color. Very well taken care of. It isn't perfect, It has a few light nicks and scratches as to be expected. All are visible in the pictures. It’s missing the front cap on the head. Those can be purchased relatively cheap on Amazon or directly from Littmann.
