This is a SpiderDoor Gate Security Solutions.  It is in an open box.  I have taken pictures of what is in the box.  I looked it up and founds that it is used for Storage Units and Security Gates.  There is a phone number and scan code for installation instructions.  I believe there is a monthly fee from SpiderDoor to have this work.
