The Urethane is still firmly attached to the frame (so doesn't twist on the wheel...) But is pretty worn and starting to get minor cracks. There is some wear and color fade to the face of the wheel. PLEASE SEE PICTURES!! I guarantee it to be functional. According to my resources, It will fit: 90-95 Toyota Pickup / 4Runner; 93-94 T100 3-Spoke Steering Wheel WITHOUT Cruise Control It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if this part will fit his/her vehicle Questions?
