This is an opened, barely-played copy of Yamatai, a 2-4 player mythology strategy game from Days of Wonder. In Yamatai, players place ships on the island-filled board and build palaces, torii, and other buildings in order to accrue points and win the game. Yamatai is not only a satisfying strategy experience, it's also a vividly beautiful one and features well-made wooden components. It was designed by Bruno Cathala and Marc Paquien, and has art from Jérémie Fleury. Note: Yamatai has been out-of-print (OOP) since 2020, so it's a rare board game to see listed.

All of the game's contents are in superb condition (the board has a slight, ~1 centimeter tear that's barely noticeable). We take great care to ensure our board games and other listed items are stored and maintained properly in a smoke-free environment.
