SHIPPING USING TRANSHIPPER SERVICE ONLY
By LAW, all live animals entering any country MUST come through a Licensed Import Agent ( Transhipper ). Our fish will be shipped and arrive to the AIRPORT (Not direct to customer address) and it MUST be CLEARED and INSPECTED by the Dept of Fish & Wildlife.
*** Transhipper will handle all of the process so the fish can enter to buyer's country legally ***
Therefore, there will be an EXTRA SHIPPING FEE (Domestic Delivery and import fee) and have to be paid directly to the Transhipper in customer's country to forward the fish to customer's address.
EXTRA SHIPPING FEE
$6 is shipping free from Indonesia until your country airport cargo only, in other words, until transhipper's hands. There is an extra domestic shipping fee that needs to be paid directly to the transhipper for forwarding the fish from transhipper's hands to your address.
* U.S COUNTRY CUSTOMER
- If the customer lives close to the transhipper and is able to self pick-up, the customer can pick to transhipper's address and pay the import fee of $5 for each fish. If shipping the fish to the buyer address is necessary, the transhipper will charge for the shipping fee. Customer will be charged by transhipper total $25- $27 approximately for one fish and + ( $3 - $5 ) each fish for other additional fish. It includes Insulation box, USPS Fee and import fee, if the customer's weather is cold, transhipper can add heatpack and will charge $3/heatpack.

This shipping rate depends on the transhipper that the customer uses and domestic shipping service that will be used. For using UPS / Fedex Overnight or 2 days delivery, the charge will be different and it needs to be checked directly to the transhipper. We can help the customer to check with the transhipper.
* OTHER COUNTRY CUSTOMER
- If customer lives in other countries, please message us first. We can help give you transhipper recommendations and their transhipping fee.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- Shipping schedule depends on the transhipper schedule. Transhipper will decide the date. Normally it's 1-2 times in a month / every 2 weeks. Please message us to know the fixed date schedule.
- When the schedule is updated, we will send the fish to INDONESIA TRANSHIPPER and they will send the fish to the customer's selected transhipper.
- We will update customers with the fish bag picture when the fish start leaving our farm, so customers can prepare to contact their transhipper and pay the transhipper domestic shipping fee before the fish's arrival, after that the transhipper will send the fish to the customer's address.
FISH PICTURE AND CONDITION
~ All pictures are taken one by one by us ( LUXFIN ) and the exact fish that customer receives will match the picture.
** THE LIGHTING WE USE HERE MIGHT BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR AQUARIUM SO THE COLOR MIGHT BE LIGHTER OR DARKER DEPEND ON LIGHTING YOU USED **
~ Fish might likely arrive lacking / pale color due to stress from shipping, colors will be back to original when the fish settle down.
~ Marble / Multicolor / Avatar / Blackstar / Galaxy Genes may change color and markings during a short period of time.

The following instructions must be followed or guarantee is voided.
If the fish comes in dead on arrival, please send a photo of the unopened bag that shows the dead fish condition within 2 hour of delivery. If the bag is opened, the guarantee is voided. We can send new replacement fish to the transhipper next shipment, and customer need to pay transhipper cost again for domestic shipping or we can just refund the fish cost - $5 ( each fish ).
Once the betta is out of the bag, any further care is completely out of the seller's hands. Water conditions, temperature, proper adjusting in the new environment, etc. - and none of this can be covered under the guarantee.
