Selling this as a lot of 31 stamps. 29 stamps are used. The 5 cent Roosevelt and the signing of compact stamps are not used and have gum on the back.  These are also not hinged and never have been. All others are hinged to paper.  I will ship all stamps inside of a plastic top loader and shipped inside a bubble mailer.
