Book is from 1914 and has a stamp noting the Hudson's Bay Company in Vernon BC. There's a pencil mark on page 1 that says 'June 26, 1915'.
The front cover is in poor condition, it is clearly used and has some of the brown material flaking off and scuffs/discoloration/staining.
The rear cover has some of the brown material flaking off, some scuffs, scratches and a small tear in the middle of the rear cover.
The binding has the brown material flaking off.
The front cover is attached to the page 1 with tape, the last page and rear cover has some holes that are visible at the binding and you can see through.
The inner pages with exception of the issues noted are in good condition with some discoloration from age.
The stamp suggests this was used at a Hudson's bay retail outlet and the evidence suggests it would have been around 1915. This has not been authenticated but believed to be of the correct era.
The book is brittle on the outside covers/binding.
