"Mischievous Kittens" is a vintage Carl Reichert print.  It features three black and white kittens in a Victorian setting exploring birds on a hat.  Carl Reichert (1836-1918) was an Austrian artist who specialized in the animal genre.

The print measures 8" x 10" and is in excellent condition.
