This is a postcard showing a painted view of a "Dutch landscape" by the artist Fredericus de Chattel (1856-1917). It was posted in 1907 in Canada.

The card is in fair condition, with some wear to the corners and edges, and a few marks. Note that the central image is protected by a small clear plastic sheet, which has a little "ribbing" (see second image).
