Cotton Percale: Percale is made from a high quality combed cotton. The “combing” removes the shorter, poor quality staples to produce a fine smooth thread. The combed thread is then woven into a bed linen that is smooth, crisp and cool to the touch, that launders beautifully and is durable. To be classified as a percale the thread count must be at least 180.
