Hours of Operation

HCE eBay store hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM – 4PM CST.

Contact us directly on eBay for any information you may need; the sales floor staff at our local store is not involved with our eBay store.

We will not conduct eBay business outside of their platform as it is against their policy. No phone calls.

Shipping

We provide free ground shipping for items over $1,000.00 and only ship to the address on purchase.

Purchases over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. Items cannot be held at a FedEx facility for you to pick up.

Priority Shipping

If you would like to have your item shipped priority, contact us via eBay before you make your purchase so we may calculate the cost for you.

International Shipping

eBay International Shipping is being provided on select items.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is no longer available. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Restocking Fee

There is a 15% restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Warranty

Used items have a 30-day warranty upon delivery with us which will cover any manufacturer issues.
