Rare DVD of Chances Are, a romantic comedy from 1989 directed by Emile Ardolino and starring Robert Downey Jr and Cybill Shepherd. Several years later, Louie's wife (Shepherd) meets Phillip and feels inexplicably drawn to him, unaware that he is her late husband.
