Franka Solida III rangefinder camera.  Made in West Germany in 1950's.  Really Good condition for age. Fully working.

Takes 6 x 6 roll film which is easily obtainable.

Lens 80mm focal length  (similar to a 50mm lens on a 35mm film camera).  Aperture from f2.9 to f22.

Lens clear and clean no scratches.  Bellows in good condition and light tight.   Used by me and Film Tested - see last photo which was taken by this camera. Captures sharp and detailed photos.

To focus accurately using the rangefinder you look though the left hand window at the coloured rangefinder patch, turn the focusing dial on the back until the image is clear and unified.  Take the distance gauge reading from the top of the camera and use it to set the focusing ring on the lens.

Self timer works.

The very low shutter speeds (10th second and lower) seem slow but they are not used for handheld photography anyway.
