This is a great bag it has an adjustable strap can be unclipped and worn on any shoulder the strap is padded with a ziped phone pocket , there are net pockets either side of the bag ideal for drinks bottles , at the front is a 2 way zip pocket  behind this is a large slip pocket with a clasp fastener,  the main compartment has another 2 way zip, inside this are 2 large slip pockets and a key clip, at the back of the bag is a further zip pocket to keep anything safe and close by you, great organisation in this bag
