The batteries had corroded so I pulled them out an put new batteries and it powered right up (see photo).  The buyer should probably clean out the corrosion in the battery compartment (see photo).  Other than being dusty, it looks in decent condition.  I make no warranties about how well it works since I don't know how to test it (other than confirming it powers on with batteries.
