This may be new, but I'm not sure.  It does have a seal, but the seal is very dusty. I opened the box to make sure everything was in it, and it all looked to be there and appeared new. The game is not tested. The seal is still on the box, as you will see in my pics. The box shows all the flaws. Please see all my photos and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks 😊
