Painting By Lomer

Nice 8”X10” framed oil painting. Painting is oil on board. The board is marked made in Austria. Frame is marked 8/10 906. There is a faint stamp at the bottom of the frame which I could only make out the word Wien. The frame has a few nips and the painting could probably use a good cleaning. There is a typed note taped to the back which reads the following:

Lomer

Born 1931 at Salzburg, Austria, where he absolved the Industrial School of Arts and Graphics and following this the Viennese Academy of Fine Arts. He is allowed to hold the title “Academic Painter”. His paintings are to be seen at various exhibitions in and outside the country, so for instance at Parma, Italy, but also in Vienna in the “Künstlerhaus” and “Sezession”.
