Lens Made In Japan  No. 204286 Fujinon Wide Zoom Converter  1:1.8  f+6.5-26mm", it is in pristine overall condition, showing gentle, if any, use and wear, as pictured. It comes with a plastic lens cap, signed 'Fugica", and with a clear plastic screw case, signed "Fujinon Wide Zoom Converter" on the bottom, and "By Fuji Photo Film Co. Ltd. Made In Japan" on the black plastic threaded cap.
