London: Various, 1986 to 1989, 4 Souvenir Programmes for the Kirov Ballet and Opera and the Bolshoi Ballet for the UK Tours, First Editions bound in half vellum.

Large commemorative programmes bound in a half vellum binding: History of the Companies; Biographies; etc.

Four complete programmes, in good condition, the last Bolshoi programme with pages that have historically adhered to each other with some loss to the opposite page.

Approximately 13 ½ inches tall.

Externally

• Spine – good condition – gilt titles on burgundy label, five raised bands with six plain compartments.
• Joints – good condition – sound, there is a slight mark at the top of the front joint.
• Corners – good condition.
• Boards – good condition – half vellum binding, some white marks to the front and rear cloth.
• Page edges – good condition – all plain.
• See above and photos.

Internally

• Hinges – good condition – intact.
• Paste downs – good condition – marbled.
• End papers – good condition – marbled.
• Title – good condition – glossy paper, full colour centre photograph.
• Pages – good condition – four large commemorative programmes has been bound in a half vellum; all in good condition apart from the last Bolshoi programme which has some adherence marks from one page to the opposite – affecting 7 double pages.
• Binding – good condition.
