Vintage Homa branded camera carry case.  Rectangular in shape, with textured brown leather exterior.  The inside has some filter straps under the lid, and a fixed partition to the base section – it looks like it would hold a 35mm SLR type camera with a short 50mm style lens.  It measures approx. 9 by 6 by 4.25 inches externally.  It’s fitted with a short hand strap, rather than a longer shoulder strap.  In good overall condition, with some whitening to the brown leather in places.
