Gents Vintage British Railways Macintosh Overcoat 1970's Wind & Water Resistant

Almost waxed feel but not waxed I don't think. Very heavy, very durable, size small. Laid flat is 20" arm pit to arm pit so I'd go with a 38" to give some room.
