Apple Cinema Display 22 inch M5662 - For Parts/Not Working.

Includes Apple Flat-Panel Display 62W Power Adapter.

This display powers on and it appears detectable by the computer. However, the screen remains black. My guess is that the backlights may have burned out. There is some evidence of possible liquid damage under the front bezel at the bottom of the screen (looks like maybe coffee or hot chocolate?). So it's possible that an inverter board or some other internal component may have been damaged. Other troubleshooting ideas might be to try adjusting the screen resolution settings or the brightness. There are physical brightness buttons next to the power button in the bottom right corner of the display. I received the display in this condition and was told it was working, but I have not been able to revive it.

This is the early 22 inch display model with a DVI-D connector. It has a USB pass-through to a 2-port USB 1.0 hub at the back of the display. The proprietary Apple Flat-Panel Display 62W Power Adapter will also be included. These adapters alone are worth quite a lot.

Cosmetically, this display is in great overall condition, apart from the coffee stain that appears to be under the front bezel. It has scuffs and scratches one would expect for a device that is over twenty years old. The screen itself appears to be scratch-free.

I'll remove the rear tripod leg to avoid damage during shipping and will include some Allen wrenches so you can put it back together.
