Description:  This pullover maxi dress has short kaftan sleeves, a tassel tie that is connected by a center loop at the center of the elasticized empire waist, no pleating or pockets, maxi length.

Color: This is an off-white subtle shade of cream with blue; at first we didn't notice the blue, but it does seem to have a tint, though it's not very strong. It looks black and cream in most lighting and online. 

Fabric : 100% woven cotton, machine washable.

Condition: Brand new with one tag
