Dollhouse Cook or Maid Marked 503 on Shoulder Holding a Ladle 5 1/8"

I am guessing her age at 1900 to early 20's. Probably Germany Doll is in great shape, clothing is not as nice, with wear and discolor. Guessing 1" = 1' scale.
