Ornate oval photo frame with clear and amber colored rhinestones, maroon enamel, and a dainty chain to attach frame to belt or sash. Gold bow is wrinkled but otherwise frame is in excellent condition. There’s a blue crown with rhinestones atop the frame. Back panel is felt. I believe it is Victorian but I am not certain. Just my opinion after looking at similar frames advertised on eBay.
