Offered for sale is this illustrated advertising cover mailed in 1938 from Ray Perry, Agent in Frankston, Texas and sent to The Federal Land Bank in Houston Texas.  The reverse has a long list of Lines of Insurance Written by the LOYALTY GROUP.  The cover is franked with a 3c Washington and has a nice Frankston flag cancel.  This will make a nice item item for a collection of Texas postal history or illustrated advertising covers.
