Book is in acceptable condition overall. Cover contains scuffing, creasing, a slight tear on top and some wear to edges.

Spine seems slightly loose but that may just be the nature of a pop-up book. Interior front page has some slight separation from front cover.

Pages show various amounts of staining and scuffing but are in good condition overall. All the pop-up areas and pull-tabs work as they should. Front page has inscription from original owner and is dated 1974. One page has one piece of tape stuck on it (does not seem to be related to a tear in page or anything).
