Scarred by Monica Dickens Signed by the author on the title page (without dedication - just "With best wishes"); 1st ed/1st printing published by Viking in 1991 (includes a loose review copy slip from Viking), 245pp., text generally in decent order albeit with slight browning to pages, slight browning & staining to the page extremities at the very top, side & bottom, spine very slightly cocked & boards very slightly warped, slight bumping & rubbing to board corners at the bottom - noticeably heavier to those at the top including bumping to the front right hand edge/side, bumping & rubbing to the top, bottom & sides of boards - much heavier to the top & bottom of the spine, bumping & rubbing to the front top & bottom left hand corners, rear board & spine slightly marked, front board more so including a 2.5cm long indentation to the left hand side, the dust jacket has slight internal staining/browning - heavier browning externally, is a bit rubbed & creased at top & bottom with scuffing (+ minute loss) to the front corners & to the top of the spine (loss more evident), both front & rear have many marks, scratches & indentations.
