Nikon 1 V1 camera and 10-30mm kit lens with issues

It turns on, and you can get a picture on the screen and through the viewfinder (with a working lens and battery - not included), but there's weird electronics things happening.

The battery door clip is also broken.

Lens also is non functional, though glass is OK

No battery, charger, strap, box or any other accessories included.
