There are many who will mourn the passing of good quality gym knickers of classic style made from the late 60's through about 2015. Only classics last 50 years or more and were once a staple for every girl and young lady. Sadly, almost all manufacturers have ceased making these knickers.

These knickers are made in a modern, very stretchy 82% Nylon, 18% Spandex for extra stretch. These knickers have a very silky feel, with narrow banded legs and a very strong elasticated waistband.

AS THESE ARE A MUCH RARER PRODUCT AND IN A RARE LARGE SIZE THEY ARE PRICED ACCORDINGLY

The cut is full brief style but shaped better than cheaper imitations rising high to the waist and to the small of the back giving a very comfortable full fit.

They have firm elasticated stitched in elastic in the waist and cuffed unelasticated legs and were designed to be worn as underwear for sports under a matching gym skirt or by themselves for athletics.

They have a double gusset in the same nylon material and in the same colour.

Generally worn with a gym skirt for sport but due to the comfort fit are perfectly good for everyday sports underwear.

This pair is the classic plain Black, Size L waist tag but they are extremely stretchy and will fit to a MINIMUM waist of 30 inches easily upto 36 inch waist or A UK women's sizes 14 to 18.

Waist (unstretched) : 20 inches

Waist (Comfortably stretched) : 30 - 36 inches

Depth (waistband to crotch) : 12 inches (stretch to 13 Inches easily)

Depth (sides waist to leg) : 8 inches

Legs (unstretched) 18 Inches

Legs (Comfortably stretched) approx 20-24 Inches

Legs (fully Stretched) approx 26 Inches

As everyday underwear they have multiple advantages

1. They will wash time and again without elastic distress or bobbling of the nylon

2. Being Nylon/Spandex they are very quick to wash and almost dry after a short spin which allows quick turn around

3. They are dye fast, so no problem putting them in with other light or white washing.

They are brand new old stock still in their original bag.
