This is a set of two, 12 ounce whisky tasting glasses. They are etched with "Maker's 46" for Maker's Mark 46 brand of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky. The bottom of the glasses are coated with dripping red wax, a distinguishing feature of the Maker's Mark brand.
