Help With Pairing:

Please follow these steps when you receive your AirPod Pro:

1) Put both AirPods in your charging case and charge for a minimum of 2 hours
2) Open the lid and check the charging indicator. It should be flashing amber.
3) Press and hold the button on the back of the case for up to 30 seconds. The status light should begin to flash white, then amber and then back to white. This means your AirPods have been reset.
4) Go to the home screen on your iPhone
5) Open the case and hold it next to your iPhone until the setup animation appears
6) Proceed with the setup and re-connect your AirPods

Due to these being from separate sets of AirPods, you may see an "AirPods Mismatch" message
