THE 5th DIMENSION LIVE! 33 rpm double LP released in New Zealand on Bell records.  All 4 sides of the record have marks and hairlines.  The laminated, gatefold sleeve has spine and corner wear and the openings for the two records are next to the spine.   I only post to UK and the record will be well packed in a proper mailer.
