As pictured with tools pictured. I included a pix of the tools that are supposed to be included and it looks like all are there. Selling as is with what is there. I found some additional tools that may or may not go with this set, but selling them with it. They are cars tools.

Everything works. The lift goes up and down. It makes noise. It really is a cool toy!!
