A cardboard promotional item which I think was intended to be worn by Arsenal fans around your head produced by the Daily Express Newspaper for the 1969 Football League Cup Final.

This would have been given away by a Newspaper seller somewhere outside Wembley Stadium on the day of the Final.

There are a couple of minor marks but I would say it was only lightly worn if at all and seems to have been kept as a collectible as it is in very good condition.
