This is a 2001 UK one pound coin with Queen Elizabeth 2 on obverse side with Her Majesty Royal Motto and date. On reverse there are Celtic cross and a  flower in center and one pound in the bottom. The edge letters are pointing to reverse side towards Celtic Cross.
