This is a new piece of Disney Pooh wall hanging decor. I got them never used. The back has had the tags taken off so those are the dark spots. This is so cute for any decor or for a baby shower decoration. For anyone that lives Pooh. No cracks in the box and the colors are nice and vibrant.
