I am seriously thinning out my FDC albums, and here's a mystery.  I have never heard of Herbert E. Runion, or of his "Cachet D'Autographe", and have found nothing about him or his FDCs on Google, or even the AFDCS website.  I freely admit I am not good with computers, but these cachets are the work of someone who really enjoyed the hobby, and was an obvious expert at creating them.
