This is an incredibly colorful, CAI packed  CVox3 meteorite. CVox3 is a relatively new classification that indicates the asteroid was formed in an oxygen rich environment. This meteorite is not only a pristine glimpse at our early solar system. Carbonaceous chondrites are primitive, carbon rich, stones that were formed  during the very beginning of our solar system and are among the most primitive rocks in the solar system (with inclusions believed to be pre-solar (formed before the sun!)).
