Item Condition:

· Any noticeable flaws or damage outside the condition stated in title will be noted in the listing. Please use the photos we have provided for your own assessment.

· Graded card cases may come chipped, scratched and scuffed. We do not offer partial refunds or returns because of the case condition.

· “Raw” (ungraded) cards are sold as is. No questions regarding expected grade will be responded to.

· All single cards will come in protective cases. If you purchase a listing that is being sold as a “lot”, items may arrive in snap cases or sealed in a team bag. Not all cards will be individually sleeved and/or top loaded in all lots.

· “Very Good” condition baseball cards can have any number of damage issues that do not detract from the overall image on the card. These issues can include scratches, staining, noticeable creasing, rounded or yellow corners, and off centering. The centering could be approximately 90/10.

Payment:

· All payments must be made through eBay/PayPal. No other forms of payment are accepted. For items on auction, no BIN prices will be offered or negotiated. Our items are on consignment and will be sold only through auction.

· Unpaid item cases are automatically opened 7 days after the auction ends. Per eBay policy, placing a bid is a commitment to buy and no orders will be cancelled.

Shipping:

· Shipping offer automatic combined shipping at .50 per additional item purchased within 7 days of each other. Shipping automatically combines at the time of payment. No request for combined invoice is necessary.

· We ship within one business day of cleared payment (closed Sundays).

· International Shipping is offered via the Global Shipping Program. Ebay does not allow combined shipping on such items.

· The item will be shipped to the address you provide on eBay at time of payment. If you need your items shipped to an alternative address, please be sure to update this prior to payment, as we cannot make changes once paid.

Returns:

· Returns are only allowed if an item's title, description, or photographs have been misrepresented in the sale, or you were sent the wrong item. It is extremely rare for an auction item to be misrepresented. Returning an item due to buyer's remorse is not an acceptable excuse. In the event of a dispute, we make every effort to be fair, and we encourage that buyers do the same.

· Since we at Hobby Legends are not skilled graders, we depend on the credibility and judgment of third-party graders. Professional grading is subjective, and various third-party graders will often disagree on a single card's grading. A dispute like this is not a justifiable reason for a return with Hobby Legends.

· Our duty as a broker of graded and ungraded trading cards is to provide an accurate summary and delivery of the item advertised, not to guarantee how a graded card would be evaluated by various grading companies. Any concerns a customer may have about a card's professional grade should be directed to the organization that graded it.
