George Sakier (1897–1988) was an American artist and industrial designer. He worked as the primary consultant for Fostoria Glass from 1929 until 1979. This octagonal geometric bowl, Pink 1929, line #2402 was made between 1929 and 1934. This bowl is in great vintage (almost antique) condition with very little surface wear. The only flaw I found is a few almost imperceptible flea bites, please see pictures.

About me:

I graduated with a Bachelor's in Interior Design in '97. I worked in the field for 20 years successfully until having twins with medical issues. This necessitated my transition to a different kind of work and staying home with them. Recently, I have reignited my passion for design with my (mostly) vintage and antiques eBay business. I'm very small but I get to handle all aspects and make sure my customers are happy. I find it very fulfilling to find hidden treasures for others to enjoy! In a strange way, it keeps me in touch with my design roots and helps make a little money to participate in paying bills for my family. Thank you so much for looking and for your purchase, I really appreciate you!
