Wheel spins perfectly. Needs new light bulb. Has holes in the lid, star shaped, to reflect on wall or maybe ceiling. You don’t use the lid when lighting is under the tree. Pot has a Merry Christmas cutout where light can come out. Never saw a color wheel like this on eBay or elsewhere. REALLY COOL AND UNIQUE!!
